I've just started - am on day two, and I'm in my forties so may not see results, apparently, until week four. Which seems like a terribly long way away right now.

Thanks! Hope you will see results before that. I am struggling, but it seems to be out of my hands. I seem to have hypothyroidism. I am not giving up however.
The diet is perfectly fine and I don't find it hard to follow and I my body feels much cleaner than before, so that's good!
I think I will see results this week. No matter how low my metabolic rate is, it is always about energy in vs energy out. I just have to eat less and exercise more. Good luck you too! :D
